What do I need to type into GPO to remove Google and Wikipedia as search engine?
Simply Google and google.com or Wikipedia and en.wikipedia.org doesn't work. I was able to remove all other search engines using just their names however (eg. DuckDuckGo, Bing, Amazon.com etc). So what exactly do I need to type into the "Remove Search Engines" GPO?

There's a policy for removing search engines:
https://github.com/mozilla/policy-templates/blob/master/README.md#searchengines--remove
In GPO,it's under Search->Remove Search Engines
We only allow Search changes on ESR.

I am aware of the GPO if you read my post, and as I said I succesfully removed DuckDuckGo, Bing and Amazon using the GPO. However, when typing "Google" and "Wikipedia" into the remove search engine policy, it doesn't remove them when I do a gpupdate. Google and Wikipedia is still in the browser (Firefox ESR 68.4.1). I want to completely remove them, but Google/google.com and wikipedia/wikipedia.org/en.wikipedia.org doesn't do anything. What exactly would I need to type into the "Remove Search Engines" policy to completely remove Google and Wikipedia?
Thanks.
For Wikipedia, you should specify "Wikipedia (en)" (assuming you are on English)
As far as Google goes, are you seeing the default engine to something other than Google?
I'll do some testing to see if it can be removed.
I just ran a quick test and I was able to remove Google.
Are you trying to remove all engines? You have to have at least one.
