OS Version: Windows 10 2004 Thunderbird version: 78.2.0

When Thunderbird is synchronizing the CalDAV calender when in Calendar view, the appointments disappear until the calendar is done synchronizing. Could Thunderbird be configured to refresh the appointments only when the synchronization is done and not disappear these appointments when it does synchronize? I have multiple monitors and i would like to have Thunderbird open with the Calendar tab active. It's quite annoying to see these appointments disappear in the corner of my eye every 30 minutes or so.
