Can you download another version and run it from the folder to see if you get the same result?

It does it since three versions ago. Othe Version changes nothing.
Right, you are using versions from Kubuntu, but have you downloaded a separate version?
Just try a separate version and don't sign into the Firefox account.
It is a seperate Version. I don´t use the Versions from Ubuntu because they´re to old.
The Account I will try out later, Thanks.
I have tried with deactivated account, still the same.
I'm not sure what bar you mean. The screenshot shows a Firefox window with the title bar visible and below that the Tab bar and the Navigation Toolbar with the location bar.
Do you mean the upper part of the webpage you have opened ?
If you use extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) that can block content (Adblock Plus, NoScript, DuckDuckGo PE, Disconnect, Ghostery, Privacy Badger, uBlock Origin) always make sure such extensions do not block content.
- make sure your extensions and filters are updated to the latest version

Firefox shows a purple shield instead of a gray shield at the left end of the location/address bar in case Enhanced Tracking Protection is blocking content. You can click shield icon for more detail and possibly disable the protection. You can check the Web Console for messages about blocked content.
