I just installed Thunderbird and I'm trying to setup a new email account. When i first enter the information it says that it can't find the correct server information. I then enter the information manually just like my host told me to (WPX) and I cannot connect to the server. I'm using POP3 connections for incoming mail. Is there something i'm missing here?

You are probably missing your anti virus- firewall component blocking Thunderbird from accessing the internet.
