This is really easy to do as you already have a Firefox Account.

Follow the instructions at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-do-i-set-sync-my-computer#w_connect-additional-devices-to-sync under "To connect another desktop computer or profile, just sign in and let Firefox Sync do the rest. "
