Multiple accounts, not all downloading automatically

I have used Thunderbird for well over a decade, for a number of years I've had multiple accounts until recently (only) 6.

Recently I added a 7th and I am now experiencing a problem.

The problem involves when I open the app, it only automatically downloads emails from this 7th account.

I would expect it to download emails from the 1st through the 6th and then the 7th, but I must manually use the “Get Messages” to get my messages on the first 6.

I am using Windows 10 Home (OS Build 19043.1288) and the Thunderbird is (91.2.1 (64-bit)).

In the attached one account's name has been "removed" for security
