From within Thunderbird, I accidentally deleted a folder with several sub-folders with several years worth of emails from an IMAP account. I have recent backups of my Thunderbird profile IMAP folder's "Deleted_Folder.sdb", "Deleted_Folder.msf" and the same for all included deleted sub-folders. I can easily restore these from my backups to my Thunderbird profile. How to I upload and synchronize all of this from my computer client side back to my IMAP mail account server side? Thanks in advance.

You will need to restore the physical file system folders to the "local folders" folder under "mail" in the profile.

Once there you can slowly move mail to the IMAP account using the Thunderbird user interface commands.

Attempts at a restore in place will result in the server synchronization deleting the restored data to match the server.
