I made a second contribution to Mozilla. Downloaded the Thunderbird app onto Wion 10 laptop quickly but it will NOT install
I have tried several times to get help with this problem but never get a response from Mozilla about the problem. No trouble whatever making the donation and having it withdrawn from my bank account, but, all kinds of trouble trying to get help with getting download to install on my Win 10 laptop. It is very frustrating to run around in circles and still cannot get a direct answer to the question of installation. Will there be any help from your end or am I in this all alone??? I cannot find any way to actually communicate with any of your techs about this. Help! Dr. Bob Halon

Please share what error messages you are receiving. What version are you installing?
No error message, nor response. version 102.0.3. Have tried several times over two days
Ok. You download, click to install and then what happens? I presume your PC is 64-bit?
nothing happens; no pop-ups, no error messages, nil. Yes, 64 bits
I think you may have to double-click the exe file for it to start. It is possible there was an error in downloading the file. If double-clicking it doesn't work, please download a fresh copy at thunderbird dot net and let me know how that goes. This is highly unusual.
