It seems like the print dialog is taking you to save the file as a PDF instead of sending it to your printer, even though your Epson printer is set as default. Thanks, now it saves the file (unwanted), then opens up Acrobat with a print dialog. Not quite the desired result.

Don't have gmall, but in hotmail, it works for me. see screenshot The same result for emails with attachments. Can you try another email service? What do you have set for here? see screenshot

Why in the world would I try another email? I need it work with gmail.
