Containers reset back to default

Hi, I have used multi account containers for quite some time and they've worked great but yesterday when I clicked into them all my created containers had disappeared and it reverted back to the 4 default ones.

I re-created one of them but after logging on today that has disappeared and it's back to the 4 default.

Will there be any way to get my created ones back? Why did they reset again? Is there a way to stop this happening or at least back them up?

Backup the "containers.json" file in your profile folder.

Are you signed into Sync? Does it still happen while signed out?

Did Multi-Account Containers ever become uninstalled for any reason?
