We have reviewed the configuration and it is correct. We have the latest version of Thunderbird. It only happens with thunderbird and on a computer. the rest of the email clients you have no problem

Hola, Este es el foro de ayuda en español. Prueba desactivando temporalmente el antivirus o el Firewall para saber si esta interferido con la conexión Saludos
