Please follow the steps below to provide us crash IDs to help us learn more about your crash.
- Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A list of Submitted (and Unsubmitted, if any) Crash Reports will appear, similar to the one shown below.
- Copy the 5 most recent Submitted Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.
Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.
(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)
Thank you for your help!
Who keeps a record of every Firefox crash?? It would be as long as my arm. The site stinks
Do get the crash reporter or are that tab crashes (Gah. Your tab just crashed)?
Is this supposed to be intelligible English or a post from someone on crack?

TyDraniu posted how to go to the page in Firefox that lists crash reports you have sent. Just type about:crashes (with a colon : ) in the Location (address) bar like you would type in say www.example.com
You can also type in about:about to get a page that lists all about: urls for the version of Firefox.
If you can list the recent submitted crash reports that have bp- then somebody here may be able to tell you what the cause of the Firefox crashes and such.
Here is a KB article about the Mozilla crash reporter.
