Do you have a blank bar now, but you see the bookmarks in the sidebar (Ctrl+B)? During the first run of Firefox 127, some migration code runs that, if canceled, causes the Bookmarks Toolbar to be blank. It's a temporary problem that should be resolved after your next exit/restart of Firefox.
