Hola, Entiendo que usted usar el Firefox en Español, por este motivo su consulta es redirigida al foro en español. El problema aun continua? En todo caso puede probar en el modo de resolución de problemas: Clic en botón de las 3 rayas (barra de herramientas, margen derecho) -> Ayuda-> "Modo de resolución de problemas"
