Hi in one of our accounts we have created on pc folders where we move important emails sorted for customers, suppliers, banks and so on from around 3 days we checked these email and we found in these folders email with only subject text and no main text and no attachments the emails disappeared are between november 2024 and november 2023 but I repeat only in our folders; in the main inbox mail is all regular

A quando risale l'ultimo backup di cui disponi?

Se non hai un backup prova queste operazioni (ma non è detto che risolvano):

  1. Fare un backup integrale del profilo -> https://support.mozilla.org/it/kb/profili-thunderbird#w_effettuare-una-copia-di-sicurezza-del-profilo
  2. Compattare le cartelle -> https://support.mozilla.org/it/kb/compattazione-cartelle
  3. Riavviare Thunderbird
  4. Se il problema non è risolto, ricostruire l'indice globale -> https://support.mozilla.org/it/kb/ricostruzione-indice-globale
  5. Riavviare Thunderbird
  6. Se il problema non si è ancora risolto: click destro sulla cartella che contiene la mail illeggibile -> Proprietà -> [Ripara la cartella]
