Una mattina inaspettatamente Thunderbird, sul quale erano caricati 5 account di posta, era completamente vuoto. Ho iniziato a ricaricarli ma due si sono salvati gli altri ogni volta che spengo il PC (o chiudo Thunderbird) spariscono. Come posso risovere il problema?

Se hai un backup puoi ripristinare il profilo e recuperare posta ed account. Altrimenti riconfigura gli account partendo però da un nuovo profilo: https://support.mozilla.org/it/kb/utilizzare-piu-profili
