When I was looking in my Settings, I saw 'Your browser is being managed by your organization' right at the top, what does this mean? Could it perhaps be because of BitDefender, because I've heard people saying it's due to an Antivirus.

Disable bitdefender and restart the computer and see if you get the same error for the same location.
