I work for Chacha and I cannot access my payment or log in to the "Universe" as they call it to do my job. It tells me the site connection is not trusted because it was signed by an unknown source. It worked about a week ago but Friday it stopped. The message says if it is a site that previously worked it may be a hacker.

There is a problem with the certificate on that web page. From http://www.networking4all.com/en/support/tools/site+check/ Error while checking the SSL Certificate!!

If you no longer have that missing intermediate GoDaddy certificate on your computer then you will get the untrusted error message. Try to visit this site to make Firefox save that certificate: https://certs.godaddy.com/anonymous/repository.seam

Which one should I get to save? And does this just bypass the problem or does it solve it, is my info in danger?

Visiting that web page should be sufficient. No need to save or install one of the certificates on that page. That server sends the certificate that Firefox needs to connect successfully to universe.chacha.com

You should see the GoDaddy certificate in Firefox > Preferences > Advanced > Encryption: Certificates > View Certificates : Authorities (under the T: The Go Daddy Group, Inc)

Can you visit https://universe.chacha.com/ without getting an untrusted error message? If you can then everything should be OK.
