By 4.0 Beta 2, I am assuming you mean 4.0b2pre (Minefield)?

This is a known issue: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=577486

You can follow that bug to find out when it is fixed. Until then you can revert to a previous nightly.

Firefox fails startup, but calls for procedure entry point SetHandlePoint in Kernel32.dll. OS Win 2K SP4. Backing up to Ver. 3.6.13 is no help. Browser worked before I updated, then worked once afterwards, but displayed the msg.
