FF losing tab focus in brwosing sessions, not able to close tab with command+w (strg+w). I have to klick/"activate" the tab first, then command+w (strg+w) does work again. Especially this happens on websites with media content, Embedded Video, Fotos, etc.

If you're saving linked content and the OSX Save dialogue pops up which i confirm with the return key, the finder dialogue pops up but focus goes back to browser window and the finder is losing focus so i'm not able use the return key on keyboard again to confirm the save dialogue. I have to use the mouse again to activate finder in front and prompt the dialogue. Very anoying if you have to save several links by hand where download managers can't help.

If a plugin has focus then that plugin processes all key commands and you can't use the keyboard to perform the regular action of that key. You will have to use the mouse and click elsewhere to shift the focus out of that media object.
