I used to be able to listen to radiofreetexas.org and now the webpage loads but I cannot hear any audio. Same for LiveLeak.com. Why can I not hear the audio?

You need the WMP plugin to listen to that station. Your plugins list shows the old WMP plugin (Npdsplay dll), so you can try to install the new WMP plugin to see if that works.
