Mouseover does not work in photobucket, also no box shows over the picture so I can't delete, edit, or resize photos. Works fine with IE7.

Ensure Javascript is enabled in your browser

If you still have problems try the suggestions from Basic troubleshooting and if you use Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode note not to make changes initially when you see the first dialogue window; just click the "Continue" button.

I used photobucket creating an album and it worked with firefox. IIRC it does not require silverlight or any addons to use photobucket.
