Warning: "C:\DOCUME~1\Compaq_Owner.BUSINESS\LOCALS~1\ApplicationData\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\rwcp90el.cefault\Cache\8240CBD901 is corrupt and unreadable. Run Chkdsk Utility" - I did and still get warning.
Windows kept giving the above Corrupt File warning while listening to a replay of a telecast. I ran Chkdsk Utility twice and still getting the warning popping up. Only change was updating iTunes a couple hours earlier.

Have you tried clearing the cache?
Tools > Clear Recent History... - hit Details and make sure only Cache is selected, then select Everything and hit the Clear Now button.
