If it is any help, the last screen before finalizing paying a bill requires indicating from which account the bill should be paid. This is missing when using Windows 7.

I'm not sure what you mean by "check with Internet Explorer or any other browser."

The USAA site works fine with IE and Firefox on Vista and XP. USAA does not load properly when using Firefox with Windows 7 OS. That is my problem. I use Firefox and do not want to give it up.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

  • "Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
  • "Remove the Cookies" from sites causing problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Thank you. Yes, Inteernet Explorer works. Windows Vista works. Windows XP works. Windows 7 does not. That is what puzzxles me. Why not?

I like Windsows 7. I like Firefox. I use Firefox all the time and would like to fix this bug.
