try to open firefox but will not open, try to uninstall firefox but will not, it says it need to bo closed first,what to do?
look i downloaded firefox and now i can'n get it backup or uninstall it, when i try to unistall it tell me to close the program, so i cant get on there to close it, please help, like to fix problem and reinstall.

I too have had this problem a few times with several different versions of FF.
What you need to do is to open a window to Task Manager (Ctrl-Alt-Del) and on the 'Processes' tab look down the list for Firefox, highlight the entry, then click "End Process". Accept the warning that pops up. You should then be able to uninstall.
I had this issue as well, and I uninstalled and reinstalled. It still won't load, but whenever I try to open program it's running in task manager. There are no error messages. Is anyone else having this issue?
