firefox start page not complete,only has getting statred lateste headlines top left,and bookmarks top right,nothing else?no tools ect

On Firefox all the pages render with the content on the left of the page and small and a space on the right of the page.

The toolbars are scrambled with the small home icon on the far right of the toolbar.
