Could you supply some more info.

What Firefox Browser version are you using?

What email do you use: Thunderbird or Outlook or Webmail such as Yahoo?

Can you check that your printer can print a standard word document from a file on your computer?

I can print a test page and a page from my word processing, however when I try to print from website or e-mail when I ask for preview it shows a blank page. My wife is on the same network and she has no problem printing using firefox. I am using firefox 12
