bold text I believe the HELP says that you use Control Click to have the ADD-ON toolbar show up. I did this and the tool bar is checked, but I do not see any tool bar. Please tell me how to have a tool bar for ADD-ONS that shows all that I have downloaded. Without the toolbar I do not know how to start an ADD-ON.

The Add-on Bar should show up at the bottom of the window where the Status Bar used to be, below the Find bar if you have opened that bar.

Also, it should appear temporarily if you choose

View menu > Toolbars > Customize

so you could drag the add-on's icon to the main Navigation Toolbar if that's more convenient.
