How do I turn off web address prompts on the Navigation toolbar?

When entering a web address, the navigation bar shows a pop-down list of suggestions that I find annoying. How can I turn it off?

Firefox (Tools) > Options > Privacy > Location Bar: When using the location bar, suggest: Nothing
