Your newest version is impossible to use!
I tried switching to your newest version and it was impossible to use. It did not have the basic controls and options that my current version has. I WILL NOT SWITCH TO YOUR NEW VERSION UNLESS FIREFOX OFFERS A FREE TUTORIAL ON HOW TO USE THE NEW VERSION.

Starting with Firefox 4, the menus are combined into a single orange Firefox button and various toolbars are rearranged. There is a page describing this that usually shows up after an update. Not sure what happened to yours, but you could start reading here: http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/features/
Obviously everyone has questions, so feel free to ask away.
For example, what if you want to use the classic menu bar? Just tap the Alt key or press F10 to display it. To lock it in, choose
View menu > Toolbars > Menu Bar
And here's another popular one: Where is the drop-down marker next to the back/forward buttons? To save space the downward pointing triangle was removed and you now right-click or click-and-hold the back button to get the history list.
There is an add-on if you prefer the downward-pointing triangle. I haven't tried it myself. Back/forward dropmarker :: Add-ons for Firefox
This as altogether much too complicated! I simply cannot take in this much data and process it. All I know is that when I did convert to your new system I could not do anything. I could not find any commands or any way to search for guidance. I had to pay a repairman to get the your junk off of my computer and restore it to operating condition. I am not about to put your new system back onto my computer unless you simplify it. All of the instructions which I reviewed require that I put you new system into my computer and when I did that I lost all control of the computer. If you cannot make some suggestion for learning about your new, complicated, difficult operating system I will have to switch to another system entirely. All of these "hidden" control buttons and "Awesome Bar" controls is just too complicated.

What is the Firefox button which your description praises so highly. I cannot find it on the screen and I refuse to load your new system until I can see how to control it. I cannot afford to pay a repairman again to get your junk out of my computer.
Show me an entire Firefox homepage on you new system and then point out where I can find controls like Favorites, history, print preview, print, private browser, pop up blocker, refresh, toolbars, full screen and how to get back to a normal screen! I will not be put off. I want to learn how to use your system before I damage my computer again by installing it.
I am using a public access computer to try to learn how to use your system but your stinking videos will not play. This so called training seams to be just another cruel hoax by Firefox. All you do is tease and taunt and your comentators mock those of us who did not grow up using computers and the internet
Wow, you are having an unusually bad experience.
The orange Firefox button will appear in the upper left corner of the Window. I have attached an example image.
To use the classic menus, tap the Alt key or press the F10 key. I have attached an example image.
Using the View menu, you can select your preferred menus/toolbars, and you also can customize them further.
Regarding "commentators" mocking you, I'm not sure who you are referring to, but most everyone here is an unpaid volunteer, so you may have different experiences with different contributors.
