I unchecked the standard toolbar. how do i get it back?

Under the view option on toolbars, i unchecked the standard bar with file, edit view, etc.

Hit the Alt key for temporary access to that toolbar. Use View > Toolbars and click on Menu Bar to have it appear all the time.
