when I click on the blue arrow to retrive my list web site it is not showing any more. What do I need to do to fix it?

Do you mean opening the location bar drop down list?
Make sure that the Location Bar is not set to "Nothing":
- Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > Location Bar: When using the location bar, suggest: History, Bookmarks, History and Bookmarks
The awesome bar when I type a work, it does not show a drop down menu, as it did in the pass. It just flicks for 2 seconds and disappears and my current links. I hope you can help me.
A possible cause is a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
- Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
