Are you saying that nothing appears in the Printer - Name dialog when you attempt to print something when using Firefox? Click the down arrow on the right-side of the "Name" box to see if any printers appear in a drop-down.

Tried the solution outlined in your reply, but no luck. I deleted all references to my printer, but it still will not print. It doesn't even produce a print preview, or bring up printer chices. ADB

The above window does NOT appear when I click on the "Print" button. Nothing happens when I click on it. ADB
