I am using Firefox, but when I try to reply using my sbcglobal.net mail my computer locks up what do I do?

When using Firefox my email account with sbcglobal.net my computer locks up and I have to shut down Firefox. I can only reply using Safari. Do I need to reload the Firefox program? If so please send me a link so I can reload it. Thanks

Does it help if you disable all extensions and plugins?
