Suddenly I can not use Firefox, IE still works.

When I try to use Firefox I consistently get the following message.

Firefox can't find the file at jar:file:///C:/Program Files (x86)/Mozilla Firefox/omni.ja!/chrome/browser/content/browser/undefinededge.jeetyetmedia.comjs/google/google_20120307.js.

I have done the following to no avail.

1 Uninstalled Firefox and then re-installed 2 Deleted Mozilla directory and then re-installed Firefox 3 Updated plugins 4 Disabled plugins 5 Windows system restore (although restore appeared unsuccessful

hello ncartmell, this might be related to malware being active on your system. please do a full scan of your system with your security software already in place & also do a scan with the free version of malwarebytes.
