Hi I sandbox Firefox and I was wondering if I save session management outside the sandbox will I be able to restore all of my open tabs if I have to force close Firefox or if it crashes?

You can test this by forcing Firefox to close via the task manager.

Does Firefox create a sessionstore.js file?

Does Firefox reopen the previous session with this startup setting?

  • Tools > Options > General > Startup: When Firefox Starts: Show my windows and tabs from last time

Do you at least keep your Firefox profile data until the next reboot?

I already did test shortly before hand and yes it appears to work although I tried a different test I opened 5 tabs then I closed FF then reopened FF the I went to history and restore previous session and all 5 of my tabs were opened again so if it works this way then it will have to work even if I force close it correct? Thanks for quick reply by the way I would've responded sooner but I was busy.
