What do you mean with not getting out of Safe mode?

Do you get the Safe mode startup window with the Reset button?

If you do not keep changes after a restart then see:

Thank you for your reply to my question. I did not ask the question properly. I meant to say "safe reading mode". I found out it has to do with Foxit pdf reader. I was able to fix.
