While I'm log on to Charter.net mail services, I have the following problem. When attempting to view a .docx file attachment, ms office word is not in the open with options.

When attempting to save a .docx file, the file name is changed while saving it to "viewattachment" with no file extension.

This only happens while using Fire Fox. I don't have this problem while using IE 9 I've included some screen shots here: https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B5tt5styLR4KQXNYMjlHNHZRb2c/edit?usp=sharing

Can anyone determine if this is firefox or charter, or can anyone give some useful tips or solution. Thanks,
