I cannot "click" on anything at the top of any page. When I go a little lower, than I can. This stops me from using many web sites. How can I clear this up?

I cannot "click" anything at the top of web sites. The arrow remains. When I scroll down, then the hand can be seen and I can click. But this problem prevents me from accessing information. Any help available?

hello, can you try to replicate this behaviour when you launch firefox in safe mode once? if not, maybe an addon is interfering here (most probably an outdated toolbar of some sorts)...
