goto C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox and delete the file named "firefox.exe.moz-upgrade" . After that you will be able to un-install Firefox from the control panel. please install Firefox again.

There are other things that need your attention.

Your system details list shows that you have two Flash plugins installed.

  1. Shockwave Flash 11.7 r700
  2. Shockwave Flash 11.2 r202

You should remove the Flash 11.2 r202 version. You can find its location in the pluginreg.dat file in the Firefox profile folder.

You can use this button to go to the Firefox profile folder:

  • Help > Troubleshooting Information > Profile Directory: Show Folder (Open Directory)
