I'm un able to restore my + ( for opening a new tab).

The only way i can open new tab now, is i have 1 (new tab) button, on the upper right hand corner of my screen.

Upper right corner is an odd location for it. By default, the new tab button has two possible appearances: one for when it is next to the last tab on the tab bar, and one for when it is on the Navigation Toolbar. (See screenshot)

You can use the Customize feature to try to move it to a better location. This article describes how: Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars. Does that work??

I don't know whether it's helpful for your way of working, but pressing Ctrl+t also opens a new tab.
