What is the most recent version of Firefox which will run on an Intel Atom chipped Win XP netbook?
Netbook runs XP SP3 but has not been updated for several years - it is kept for use during long hospital stays - Firefox update says that spec is inadequate - what is the latest version which will work?

hello, if it's device with windows xp sp3, i don't see a reason why the latest version of firefox (firefox 27 at the moment) wouldn't run on it: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/27.0/system-requirements/

Firefox doesn't run on a Netbook with an Intel Atom processor, Firefox only runs on desktop computers and on mobile devices with the Android OS.

I originally got a message saying that I needed a multicore processor to run the latest Firefox - don' know where it came from but you were right - I've tried again & all went smoothly. Many thanks.
