I need to set up email address lists or address books for sending emails to groups of people. What is the best way to handle this? I also need to be able to add new names and delete old names from the groups as well.

You can creat a list of email adresses.

Click on Address Book >> New List >> Then add the email addresses, delete, change, etc, then when you want send an email to the group only type the group's name in the to: or go to Address Book select the list name and click on write
