Looks like a number of issues, did you check the logs of the ftp server to see what may have caused the issue? https://forum.filezilla-project.org/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=30694 https://www.smartftp.com/forums/index.../15573-550-failed-to-change-directory/ They all seem to say "restart vsftpd" or change the file name.
