When I open the firefox browser it keeps asking me to look at what is new. How do I get this to stop?

When I open the browser it shows me a page that asks me to check out what is new. I've navigated through this and even completed the "sync" that it offers. It keeps popping up asking me to check out what is new. I have already checked it out and want it to stop. How?

Is it like a pop up page or is it the actual browser page?

No, not a pop up, it is an open page.

OK then it most likely set it up as your homepage. Did you have an homepage before the new Mozilla? (Like a yahoo, MSN, etc.)

My home page is Google, and I've already tried to reset for Google and the check out what is new page keeps coming up.

If you did then we can set it up as your homepage, but if you did not have one then you would have to get one.

You can use any website but you would have to follow these steps to making it your homepage:

1) Go to Options in the toolbar menu 2) Click tab General 3) Click Use Current Page

When I open firefox, the google page is already open, then check out what is new page opens as well. Google is already my homepage, and I've tried to reset it to see if it goes away. it does for a little while, but then comes back.
