I've been using thunderbird for business use over the last 4 years. Since 2 days ago, I am able to receive mails but not able to send out. I've not changed anything, including the same laptop i'm using.

Error message: Sending of message failed. The message could not be sent using SMTP server mail.mydomain.com.sg for an unknown reason. Please verify that your SMTP server settings are correct and try again, or contact your network administrator.

Outgoing Server (SMTP) Description: Mail Server Server Name: mail.mydomain.com.sg Port: 587 Username: <not specified> Authentication method: Password, transmitted insecurely Connection Security: None

Using AVG Anti Virus Free Edition 2014

I've no IT support in my own small business, neither am I an IT savvy person. Please help as i need to urgently send emails to my clients.
