i want the crashes to stop. i had 8 in one hour last week.
I am the managing editor in the Panhandle of Texas. i put together a weekly paper. We use Box as a tool between myself and my composition people. in the last 6 weeks, firefox has crashed multiple times on deadline while i am building my pages. I can't have this type of activity during deadline. Being late to press is a major problem. i have been advised by our ISP to ask you about the V.31 update recently. is this update buggy? if it is, either fix it or allow us to return to previous versions so we can work unencumbered. I could probably overlook once a month, but this program crashed 8 times in the space of an hour. that is unacceptable in the business world. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM.

You can't run recent Firefox versions on Mac OS X 10.5. Firefox 16.0.1 is the latest, so make sure not to update or you can't use Firefox anymore. You would have to update to OS X 10.6 or later.
Current Firefox versions need OS X 10.6 or later.
sportsguy, the crash reports from https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1015817 are with Firefox 16.0.2 and not 31.0
