how do i remove unwanted sites like incredibar.com from attaching to firefox and taking over my browsing
there are two sites that have taken over my browser mystar incredibar.com and trovi i cannot remove them even with spyware i have even reinstalled my operating system but they are still there

Please follow this guide:
The malware may have modified your Firefox shortcuts as well - right click on your Firefox shortcut and select Properties. In the target line under the Shortcut tab, make sure that there are no links after the "firefox.exe".
Use free antimalware tools that can run alongside existing antivirus tools, such as:
- MalwareBytes' Anti-Malware
- AdwCleaner (for more info, see this alternate AdwCleaner download page)
Be careful with the software you install, malware is usually bundled with other applications. Always download software from the official sites. If you downloaded Firefox from a site other than:
