Even if I type the address in the address bar it never connect and just sits there. Why all of a sudden google doesnt load on Firefox? Gmail works but manually typing google.com does nothing and even searching through yahoo and clicking google.com link doesnt bring up google. Why doesnt google work anymore? So now I have to use chrome?

Try to disable IPv6 (check for other possible causes as well).
