Why can I not forward from my toolbar? It doesn't work.

All the toolbar (reply, reply all) work, but forward is dim and can't be used.

Please check to see if this is caused by an Addon extension by starting in TB Safe mode:

In Thunderbird 'Help' > 'Restart with addons diabled'

If the 'Forward' button works in Thunderbird Safe mode then it is likely one of the addons is not working, or may need updating.

Restart Thunderbird in normal mode and disable addons in turn to see which is the culprit.
